Simple, per-user pricing.
Billed by Atlassian with your Jira subscription, by the number of Jira users on your site. All tables, all views, all syncs, chat support from the engineers — nothing is an add-on.
Free for up to 10 users — forever
Larger sites: per-user rate that decreases with size, and a 30-day free trial. Current rates are always on the Marketplace listing.
What's included
16 tables, 11 ready-made views, the dbt package, up to 10 syncs, 5-minute refresh, nightly reconcile, unlimited history. Every feature for every size.
What you pay Google
BigQuery storage and queries in your own project. For most sites that is a few dollars a month. The plugin itself sends nothing to us.
Cancel from Jira
Uninstall or stop the subscription in Jira's app management. Your BigQuery dataset stays exactly as it is.
Questions about billing
- Where do I see the exact price for my site?
- On our Atlassian Marketplace listing — Atlassian shows the price for your exact user count before you subscribe, and it appears on your regular Jira invoice.
- Who do I pay?
- Atlassian. The app appears on your regular Jira invoice. No separate contract or card with us.
- Does the free trial need a card?
- No. Atlassian starts a 30-day evaluation when you install. After that the app pauses syncing until a subscription is active — your data in BigQuery is untouched.
- Do I pay per sync or per dataset?
- No. One subscription covers all syncs on the site, up to ten.
- Is there an Enterprise or Data Center version?
- Jira Cloud only, including Enterprise plans. There is no Data Center edition.
- Can I get a quote or an invoice with a purchase order?
- Yes, through any Atlassian Solution Partner or directly from Atlassian for annual billing.
- Something is missing for my use case.
- Email [email protected]. If it is a reasonable addition we build it, usually within the same month, at no extra cost.
