These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the freemetrics.io website and, unless superseded by a separate agreement, our applications for Jira Cloud (together, the "Service") provided by FreeMetrics Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17364626) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Marketplace apps

Our apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Purchases, billing, refunds and licensing of Marketplace apps are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the applicable end-user license terms displayed on our Marketplace listing. In case of conflict between those terms and these Terms with respect to an app purchased via the Marketplace, the Marketplace terms prevail.

Use of the Service

• You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• You are responsible for the configuration choices you make, including the destination systems (such as Google BigQuery datasets) to which data is synced and who has access to them.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by FreeMetrics Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Service.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeMetrics Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
